Can not click on C to go to options

Ok, this seems to only effect my level 80's (5 in total), but not my low level toons. Carbonite is not working. Acts as if it's not even an addon.
I'm unable click, shift click, middle click, no clicking at all on the C to go to options. When I type in /carb options all it does is says carb options, leaving the /carb options open in the dialog box.
I have uninstalled a couple of times, turned off all addons, to no avail.
Please help! I miss my map and tracking!
