Moving things :/

Up untill today I have used Cosmos. About 10 minutes ago I downloaded CTMod hoping for a change of pace. After all that time with Cosmos, I got used to certain things being in certain places.

Does anyone know how i can movethe popup box that appears when you move your mouse over a pc/npc/critter/whatever? the box that shows their HP bar, name, level, etc.

I feel rediculous, but cant figure it out.
