After a few futile searches I decided a new thread would be easier.

I was wondering if an addon (exists?) could be created to mimic the bars seen in the games Sacred and X-men Legends.

Is it possible to modify WoW's lame glowing circle thingy?

Also, do you have pictures of these action bars? It very well may be possible, if we knew what they looked like and what you're referring to in the above statement.

I think he's talking about the target reticule that appears under your target.
The simple answer is no. Blizzard made it clear they don't want addons to manipulate the 3-D world through blocking many methods that would mimic the appearance of it.

Theres a couple decent pictures of what they look like in game. I feel it would be cool if you could set it up to project onto the ground in a radial fasion, combo points, health bar, casting bar, w/e your fancy.
