Quest givers for me only

Is there a way to toggle so it only shows quests that are available to me. I'm lvl 40 and my map is flooded with lvl 70+ quests making it difficult for me to find my own.

I'm not able to check in-game right now but I'm pretty sure we have an option where you can select a level range that is displayed. Try right clicking some of the buttons on top of the quest tracker and look for an slider option refering to level ranges.
