Tanaris Quests, Levels not accurate

The Quest Giver tags for many quests do not accurately indicate the level at which they are available.

Examples: Butcherbot, Puddle Stomping and Seaside Salvage are all available at level 43, but the tags on the map (Show Questgivers) all say 45.
I believe Clammette Surprise and others are also incorrect.
