video problems in uldum

when flying through uldum, my drake wings and tail are about 5 yrds below me...also the water levels drop in the lakes. everything goes back to normal when i put camera above myself. also the problem exists in throne of tides...all npc abilities that apear on the floor i cant see...and players names are below the floor. i looked for a thread about this, but i havent found it yet.
