Addon page issues/requests

• Version name of each file is getting cut off at 15 symbols (on the Other Files tab)
• Rename Other Files to Archive and split up Archive and Plugins into two different tabs
• Allow "sticky" comment (max 1?) to be shown on the top of all comment pages
