does anyone know how to have the same oUF on this video:

I would realy the same at the video.

The only difference I can see between the unit frames in that video, and the unit frames in the screenshots on the oUF Arp download page, is that the player in the video changed the border on the frames. Everything else looks the same.

There are instructions on the oUF Arp download page on how to change settings, including the border. First you need to find a border texture you like (try one of the media packs you can find by searching for "media" on this site), and then you need to edit the settings file so that the border setting points to the texture file you want to use.
