can you try it again with just nUI loaded and then see what happens as wowhead looter is mentioned in that as well and seeing as loot goes into bag the two together may have triggered the problem but not necessarily on their own.

Took out Wowhead looter and got this...

On edit.... I do seem to be getting errors much less often without the wowhead addins, so they will stay disabled

There are quite a few threads in the WoW forums on the subject of all of these new taints... there are a bunch of them and most of the time the wrong addon it being blamed.

Note that these are taint warnings and not real "errors' -- you can change the bug reporting settings to not report warnings and that should all but eliminate error messages.
