Need help identifying the image associated with button cool down

I'm at whits end in my search for this image file and could really use some help. I've been on wowprogramming image viewer looking at the default images as well as my own files modified by the RealUI package.

I'm looking for the image used as an overly for ability/button cool downs. Here is an example.

(This is from in game as modified with the RealUI package.)
