Looking for addon for crowded ares

Hello guys.

Could anyone tell if there's addon which can show me my target in large groups of ppl ?

Let's say im in BG fight, where 10 ppl are in. It's hard for me to spot my target and follow it.

Normally it's red circle under the target, is there something else? Let's say sth over head, etc.
