Thats alot of addons man, go to C:\Program\World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons and check urslef

(That should be the main directory).

I am assuming that its not his/her UI. Which addon are you thinking of? The damage one is SCT, scrolling combat text or the BLizzard default one. I USe MiksScrollingBattleText.

I believe the damage text would be Blizzard's default UI.

Some other addons include

Titan Panel

I believe the action bars could be pretty much any addon that allows you to move bars around and configure it the way you want them. It may be Discord Action Bars, which is not currently compatible with the current version of WoW. However, it could be Discord Art and just placed behind an action bar mod.
