Action Bar Graphic

What i'm trying to do is change the eagles on the side of the action bars to Murlocs. I've seen this before from screenshots of mods. I finally figure it wasnt a mod after looking @ TKings Gothic theme. I love the way the skulls look, but i'm still trying to see if i can get that murloc look .

Any help will be appreciated.
