Need-before-Greed Window Location

My buttonbars are located at the bottom-center of my screen. The problem I am having is with the NEED/GREED window popping up right on top of those buttons. Is there a way to reset the location of the NEED/GREED window or unlock it so that it can be moved?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could use "MoveAnything!" to move the loot window around. But if it's the only thing you have to replace in your UI, I'd suggest to install an addon that replaces the loot window(s) with something completely different, something you can drag around, resize, etc.
