CD timer in the middle of chat window

I'm new to nUI and whenever i leave a random instance theres a timer in the middle of the chat screen can't move it and its really annoying I switched from SpartanUI and it popped up then

It sounds like you may have either an old timer addon or its a new blizzard item that neither spartanUI or nUI are aware of.

Have a look through your addons and see if there are any likely suspects and disable them and see if it goes away. If not take a screenshot and attach it here with a list of the addons you generally use to see if any of us have any ideas.

I suspect you'll find it cleans up these kinds of issues and helps your performance.
