dont believe its those. oddly enough, its working now (mostly). it appears disfunctional at first, blank button and stuff. after clicking it, it cycles through them like it should. however, the map one is missing.

time is also shown on the bottom center (like it should), but also on the bottom of the minimap (i actually like it like that XD)(i have nUI control of minimap turned off, btw)

using dualstats, omen3, and recount, as well as my other loadout of regular addons

Do you have the "load out of date addons" option checked in the addons section?

no, the bottom right infopanel frame that shows the small zone map (shift-M)

but yes i have that turned on (load out of date addons)

I am having the same problem as the wally gentleman was. With the no unit frames and all. I followed the link to the fresh install post but when I rename my interface and wtf folders and log into the game, I do not show an addon button anymore. Also when I log back out, there are no new folders named interface or wtf. Do I need to make them again? I really like the screenshots i've seen and would really enjoy using the interface. I've been fiddling on my own for a couple hours now and unfortunately to no avail. I currently have no addons installed sans the nui that I keep trying to use, the one that says 3.2 updated. To clarify, I am not showing any unit frames, targeting indicators or anything. I have to go to bed now for work tomorrow, and as I hope to be grouping with some friends tomorrow evening I will be checking back once I get home, hopefully to correct whatever foolish mistake I've made. Thank you in advance.

Once you log into wow and then log out it should have created the interface folder for you and containing the blizzard addons. It would then be simply the case of downloading the addons, extracting them into a folder and then copying the folder(s) within that into the addon folder in wow.

I appreciate the prompt reply, sleep time is looming. I had assumed it would create these for me but it does not. It also shows the blizzard logo and TOS each time I log in. I though I had just been exiting the game and needed to actually logout, which I did, and got the same result. Is there like a full scan option like it used to be or do I need to repair it? I have the sinking suspicion it will have to do with vista, which I recently got on this new computer.

Ah, vista .. the bane of all things wow.

Take a look in your <VistaDrive>:/Users/public/games/world of warcraft/interface/addons. I suspect that is where it is expecting the addons now. When installing lich king it would have asked you to install there and you probably answered yes. But it doesn't move the files just copies it.

And yes, I noticed the tos etc screens reappearing the seconds time I logged in but then I had tons of problem logging in and out today so could be linked to that.

If it doesn't automatically create the interface and addons folders then go right ahead and create them to be on the safe side.

This is the folder structure you need to look for:

World of Warcraft
Interface
Addons
nUI
... Other nUI folders and nUI.toc

/edit just saw your thread in the other section of the forum so never mind this. Your reason for using auctioneer is exactly why I think I'm going back to that mod unless someone puts something in there. When I moved away from auctioneer losing the DE section (among other things) made me want to QQ.
