HP/MP Bar

I recently started a new character and I noticed this HP/MP bar that comes up every time I target a mob, NPC, other player, or myself. It also comes up when I lose HP or gain rage. I've narrowed it down to being associated with Carbonite. I'm pretty sure I've gone through every option and tested it to see if that was it, but it still pesters me. Is there a way to turn it off while still using Carbonite?

Pic related, I circled the problem. I'm using 3.340, which I believe is the latest I can use on my server.

There should be an option called info bars in the carbonite settings. Disable that and you're good to go.
