Noob in LUA - Rune Cooldown

Hi all,
while i was editing Ouf_Rufio Runebar layout, i started wondering: is there any way to easily add a cooldown text to each rune? Passed hours trying/reading the api but couldn't figure out a way...

I gave haste a new rune code with a PostUpdate, maybe he'll use it.

The post update can be merged, but the rest if the patch is pretty much denied. I won't be able to do any updates until August anyway now.

I second this. Was searching for a way to do it to add runebar CD's to my layout (not that I play a DK but it would be cool to who plays it) and found out there is no postUpdate function for the runes. Nothing majorly important but would be nice. :]
