Missing player portrait in nUI6 (Alpha)

i don't have a 3d portraid for myself when in "player" mode instead i have a black box, however when i switch to party mode i see the 3d portrait of myself.
the target in player mode of the uf is working however.

is this a bug, or intentional? didn't quite catch if there was an error because i only had a minute or 2 to try it it
