Please help with buffs and debuffs

I have been trying to figure out how to do this on my own but in a fit of frustration (knowing it has to be something simple) I am here posting.

I would like to know if there is a /command or some option I am missing that will enable me to change the buffs and debuffs on the right and left of the ui to be just an Icon and a timer no names of the buffs/debuffs

I have seen a nui screen shot somewhere that had it like this but I have yet to figure it out. I just hate looking up and seeing a giant wall of buffs and text when I am in a 25man raid

thank you, I knew it was something simple I was just not looking for a plug-in instead I was looking at the core itself.
