Hovering Information

Is there a setting in NUI for when you hover over a spell or button it tells you what it does instead of just the name of the button you are hovering over?

This has nothing to do with nUI, its a customizable part of the Blizzard tooltips, the place where you need to look is when you hit escape then interface, under the last option help, the 3rd item should be enhanced tooltips, it needs to be checked to show spell info, etc.
