Debuffs on ouf_elen

Hey,

I want to add debuffs to the target frame of ouf_elen but have no idea where to start and what to do (just copying buffs and adding de infront of everything did not work :/

I know that this comes a bit unpolite without me getting work into it beforehand but i have managed everything i wanted to by modifying code that was already there and could get all the stuff working that way. Build something from 0 is impossible for me so I hope you could help me out.
