okay new updates available for Lite and Plus versions.

Still have the green icons and the problem reported about the UI being reloaded if in a party or raid.

Just tried with just nui, nui_aurabuttons and nui_transparent_console. 28 lua errors, only 1 directly at logon, the rest came after opening my bag/buttonbagthingie.. (Bags open, the buttonthingie doesn't ?)

Buttonbag it is. Trying to open that gives about 14 lua errors.. :-/

The updateContainer error was fixed with the update I did yesterday, well they should have .. The cursor offset errors occcur when the other errors repeat ...

Not got the UnitRange one yet ... one step at a time rofl .. fix the just log in errors first and then go from there haha.

If you have downloaded the latest patches from yesterday and you still get the updateContainer error message I must have missed a file if you're using plus version.

they must have changed something with how the spellbook works as the two spell slot errors are linked to spellbook info gathering.

initial thoughts is that they tweaked the fact that they have greyed out the spell tabs that contain spells you won't know as they are a part of a different spec. however, looking at the spellbookframe file for the latest patch I can't see them doing anything test wise for specIDs.

Seems I downloaded it, but somehow forgot to use it...

Yes, I was testing it on the live version. Where the majority of the code in the two versions are identical I do the same fix to both versions. How they get uploaded is the only difference. Lite gets a full download and Plus just gets the changed files.

Okay both Lite and Plus versions patched to get rid of the spell errors.

The errors may be class specific as it seems to think some spells don't exist if you count through the list from 1 to 100 etc and extra the spell info using that index. So instead I have told it to just loop through the current specs spell tab.

Although, come to think of it... I forgot to tell it to remake the list if you switch specs .. oops.

Yep, will incorporate the spec switch incorporation code in the next patch. A reload should get it working so that the cooldowns and ranges work with the new spells if you spec switch. If not a reload a relog. It doesn't produce a new error but simply doesn't show cooldowns for specs you aren't set up for.

oh interesting. I think there was something in the main beta thread that said the portraits were playing up. I've not noticed myself but will check again.

Monk and lock seem to be fine.

As a side note, when in combat the framerate drops faster then a bulldozer being dropped from a cliff.

ok I have a DK, rofl, I have every class in fact haha .. so I'll check that out.


Edit: found the problem... another Blizz case change .. from runeMapping to RUNE_MAPPING.

But for some reason they kept the other rune... tables as they are .. rofl.

Okay both the Lite Version ( Full Folder ) and Plus Version ( Changed Files only ) have been updated.

As a refresher for those that are still a bit confused how to incorporate the changes:

If you are using the Lite Version just treat it like normal and use this for the beta until it hits live and you should be able to use it for Live at that point.

If you are using the Plus Version you need to do something a bit different as I am unable to update the addon files directly and can only patch them and seeing as the plus version has a different access level I don't want to mess that up if I can help it.

So, to update the Plus version you need to first make sure you have the last official plus version installed which is if memory services 5.07.24. You then need to download the patch files for the beta as if it was a normal optional addon for nUI. It has the identical path layout as the normal nUI addon so will prompt for overwriting of existing files. Say yes to this and it will replace the 5.07.24 version of the files with the Patched version of the files and thus enabling it to work on the beta and when 5.0.4 hits the live servers.
