That looks like the typical failed load... if you haven't yet, please take a look at this post and see if it fixes the problem for you, if not, let me know...

I followed the link that you provided and then followed the http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/cat137.html link. I get a notice that says that I am not authorized to view this, or something to that effect. I am signed up for the newsletter and every other thing that I can think of to gain access to this but alas, nada. I have looked for the nUI+ (development) that you mentioned and I can't seem to find it. Any help is appreciated.

Edit: I removed the UI and then reinstalled. I get a new message:

Looks like you are still using the wrong version. If you cannot access the nUI+ file downloads, then you need to go back to the email you received when you subscribed to the Newsletter. Inside the original Newsletter you'll find all the directions to gain access to the nUI+ download area.

If you go to that link and you get a message that says you do not have permission to view that page, then you need to complete steps 1 through 5 in the instructions that were included in the original "Welcome to the nUI Newsletter" e-mail you received after you confirmed your subscription. If you haven't yet subscribed to the free nUI Newsletter, then go to http://www.nUIaddon.com/plus.html and submit your request to join the mailing list. After you complete the confirmation of your subscription, you will be e-mailed instructions on how to access the nUI+ download area here on WoWInterface.
