Help finding what to check to fix it.

I'm using bib 4.17 and some other add-ons.
I can't remove non-using buttons on all my action bars even if I change lock option to unlock buttons.
I can only replace them.
I surely checked bib's in-game-options.
Which file(s) should I check first? and which line(s) of those files?
Please somebody help me.
