pet damage and buff display

take a look at this screenshot and let me know if my pet damage at level 30 is normal or i have a bug somewhere what i need to find it? I asking this because i had much more damage level few days ago

also please give me an advise regarding my ADD's, here is my addons list:

using elkbuffbars, i have No 1. buff bars, but No 2 is generated somewhere else. the only problem with it is: is unmovable, i want to move it outsidefrom the center of my screen and i don't know how. any ideea?

the damage done by my pet in this screenshot is a critical, so, a 94-95 damage for level 30 pet is normal?
if i tame a new pet with at only level 20 will has a 101-105 damage , why at level 30 i'm only get 94-95 normal damage from a pet?

It depends on the pet family. Also depends on what abilities you have trained him.

Take note that there are some specific pets that are basically gimped. They are usually a rare type of that family that happens to have crappy stats or something else weird. Petopia lists most of em to avoid.

I choosed my pet based on thottbot statistics. as a awind serpent has a 7% more damage.

anyway, i'll study your links and hope to find goods answers to my questions.

I found those two sites absolutely indispensable for my hunter, especially when I was learning how to "learn" abilities and stuff. Unfortunately Blizz never explained this process too well. Petopia mostly, but GoodIntentions has a good ability list. I suggest Gazmik's HunterHelper for finding that elusive Bite(Rank8) or whatever you need.

Check to make sure you didn't accidentally tame a gimped beast. Occasionally the difference between a "Thunderserpent" and "Thunderserpent Juvenile" could be night and day (just an example from my imagination).
