party/raid loot window

i'm too lazy to do a search, so i put my question.
where can i found an add-on for the default loot window with in a party/raid group to avoid interruption in combat. in other words, when i'm in combat and a co-player do a loot, it's pop-up right in my face their loot window with the NEDD_GREED_PASS options, how can i avoid this window to be poped-up right in the midle of my screen. how can i resize it and move it sideway on my scren?
