Dragon Soul Raiding issue

I don't see the icons for Heroic Will (Ultraxion) and Dream (Madness of Deathwing).

I am using a macro until it becomes available through the UI.

Here is the macro. It will work for both abilities. It will only activate in the phase of the fight when available.

/click ExtraActionButton1

You can keybind ExtraActionButton1 as well.

If it is available, please let me know how to access it. Thank you.
