Clock configuration

The main concern about the problem is the Clock, well, for me that is and I find this also a bug on the nUI+'s system.

Whenever I tried using "Use Local Time", which is my regional hours/time, it would not process it. It is still using the "real time" when it should be set according to whatever time it is I have on my region.

Other than that, the add-on works perfectly great!

Awesome work K. Scott Piel and of course the community. Hope to see more developments on this add-on

I was unaware that there were any issues with the nUI clock not displaying the local time in the location bar. Or are you talking about the in-game clock (not on the nUI dashboard) ?

Have you used the slash command to tell nUI to use local time instead of server? Just changing the Blizz clock option does not change it in nUI

/nui clock {local|server|both} This option sets the display of the dashboard clock to either display the current local time {local}, the current server time {server} or both the server and local time together {both}. The default setting is {server}

Yep, I just tried this procedure and no avail. The system still shows the "Real Time" of the server instead of my local time :S

I just went in and created a new toon on a diff server, loaded only nUI v5.06.30. The server I was on runs 3 hours behind my local time. So local time for me is 1:15 PM, server time would be 10:15 AM.

Here are the 3 screenshots I took using the three different commands.

1st screenshot, command used "/nui clock local"
2nd screenshot, command used "/nui clock server"
3rd screenshot, command used "/nui clock both"

From the screenshots everything is working properly on a clean nUI install using the latest version. When you used the slash commands, did you type it in exactly as I quoted it above or how I used them in this post? And also did you receive a chatbox confirmation like you see in my screenshots?

I see the problem... you're trying to use the "Use Local Time" option in the clock interface that's built into WoW instead of using the nUI command. They are not one and the same. Try using the command

/nui clock local

or

/nui clock both
