Well the Unit Frames aren't possible anymore, because they're Discord Unit Frames..

Post 1.10 patch, Blizz said anything like DUF won't be allowed as a mod, so it's impossible to do that.

I see a G on the minimap, so some part of that mod, is Gypsy Mod ..

Everything else looks like chats broken up in the following order:

General Chat - Party chat (?) I think.. - Guild Chat.. changed colored so they're black backgrounded. Easy change, just configure the windows to your own settings.

After that, you've got Titan Panel with a bunch of Titan Add-Ons. ..


I think that's all I can help you with, but, that should be almost everything.

100% Wrong. DUF still works fine.
