Mining routes stopping after couple of nodes

For the past two days I have not been able to use mining routes. Once I display the nodes and click route> current gathering locations I am only able to get a few nodes in. The direction arrow disappears and the mini map zooms out. Anyone else experiencing this?

I just retested this and the problem exists for a single goto node as well. I picked one off in the distance and before I got to it the arrow disappeared.
