Combat Log Message Settings

Heya, im running on an older PC while my good one is in the shop and unfortunately it doesnt like mazzle at all ><. So ive downloaded the most necessary addons and im arranging it as similar to mazzle as possible so i dont lose feel of your great UI.
Anywho, was wondering what the settings for each combat log are.
Ive got the idea that the left is outbound and the right is inbound or something like that, but im just not sure what is ticked for each one.
What i mean is the settings for combat messages, spell messages, spell messages (cont'd) and perodic effects.

If anyone could provide me in detail what applies for each one, id be grealty appreciative.
