Trade chat everywhere! troof!

I remember a long while back there was an addon that allowed you to view city chat channels (namely trade chat), while outside of the city. As long as another guild member had the addon and was inside the city, you could see everything that they could.

At this point im 95% sure i remember it. The other 5% is those life-like dreams you swear were real...

Anyways, anyone have any ideas on something like this?
