new cata meter

Is there anything that can be done about the new meter that pops up on certain quests in cata? It covers most of the main action bar. I can still press the number keys but i am not so much a keyboard player and more of a mouse clicker. As long as i know ahead of time i can use the mover function to raise the bar before the quest starts, and then move it back to the original position. I was just wondering if there was a way make the meter raised above nUI so it does not interfer with the action bars. If not it is no big deal it is just an inconvienence.

Try "/nui movers" and see if you are able to move the obtrusive bar yourself.

I've leveled 3 characters through cata and have no clue what you are talking about, so if you could post a screenshot people might be able to offer more advice.
