Black circle ?

The problem i have is only in certain places, i get huge black circle on map i tried changing mini map setting and transparency but cant seem to figure it out, to zoom out makes the black circle smaller but then i cant see much else as zoomed out to far started happening last night i changed nothing and was working fine the day before
