You're welcome. It will probably be a bit later this morning before you have access. They all have to be done by Spiel personally. But he's good about getting to it in a very reasonable time frame

Nine hours sleep over the course of a week took its toll. I came home from work, did e-mail and at 7pm said "I'm gonna take a quick nap" -- I woke up at 8am this morning ~lol~

In any event, all overnight requests have been processed, so you should have access now.

Your name does not appear on the list of users for the "nUI+ User Group" and there is no one who I have no already approved for access to the group. Did you apply to the correct group?

No idea when it will be updated, but I'm quite certain it will work with patch 3.1 -- just click the "AddOns" button at the character selection screen and make sure the options to load out of date addons is checked.

Hmm, what do you mean it isn't updating ? Not in your addon list ?

Do you have vista ? If so you need to make sure that it is being put into the correct directory/folder as with the Lich King expansion vista users were asked to move the files into a folder that enabled updates to work properly. Have a look and see if you have a folder in <Vista Drive>:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft. If you do then this is where your addons need to be put. If not then that isn't the problem in this case and you need to do a search for wow.exe and see if there are more than one folder for it. Perhaps it is being put into the wrong folder for some reason.

The GUI addon for nUI is working fine as far as I can see but you're not the first that are getting problems. If you are seeing it in the addon list what happens when you type /nui gui in game?

Its in my addon list, but it says out of date since the patch. Same as my Iron Leather skin. Others say these are working fine for them but they dont wanna for me for some reason.

They worked fine before the patch. I did a search for it and there is only one on my computer. Same for my wow.exe. When I type /nui gui in the game it says its not a valid command.

*edit* This is my path: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns. Yes I run Vista.

Okay, sounds like you haven't tried ticking the box at the top of the addon list on your character selection screen.

Try doing that if that is the case and then typing /nui gui again.

The Out of Date message simply means WoW was expecting a toc to say it is for version 3.1 instead of 3.0. However, this doesn't mean it won't work. Checking that box and continuing into the game and testing it will show you whether it is compatible or not.

I've attached a screen shot so you can see what I mean with the nUI addons I use listed as well to show mine don't say out of date because I ticked the box.
