Tracking Button Vanishes

Im not sure what's happening here but the minimap tracking button keeps vanishing.....any ideas?

Can you post a screenshot showing the button you're talking about before it disappears? I'm not sure I understand which button you mean.

There are many tracking buttons.


Quest Watch List

The purple "Auto Track" button will target the highest priority quest objective and updates dynamically as you move. Priority is based on distance, quest level and if the quest is complete.


Quest Watch List Objective Buttons

The round buttons to the left of the quests/objectives have several functions.

Left Click will activate "GOTO" mode. This display the location and direction of the objective on the world map. The map will scale so that you and your target are always visible.

It's the multi-function tracking button the one that shows "minerals" or "herbs" or "post boxes" or "low level quests"... I tried to attach a picture..

It disappears when I go into an instance Naxx or Ulduar, and when I leave it doesn't reappear unless I leave game. Hope this helps.

That is the Blizzard minimap tracking button.

Carbonite does not try to hide that button, except when you shift left click the Carb button to toggle minimize mode. I don't know why only it would disappear. What other addons are you using?

Some of those addons I am not familiar with. MoveAnything may be able to hide buttons. I would try disabling all addons except Carbonite and see it the button shows up. If so, then enable small sets of addons at a time until a specific cause is found.
