Quest Bug : Enraged Wildkin Error

A quest given in Winterspring named "Enraged Wildkin" part 1 of 3 about a package in southern Winterspring, instead sends me to a Murloc Camp just outside of Minithil Harbor. The map shows the quest marker there and not in Winterspring.

Is this happening to anyone else?
