Map Zoom Issues

I first noticed this problem after the recent settings reset. I have been able to get most everything back the way I like it. However, I cannot figure out how to set the level which map detail comes in. I want to zoom in more before I see the actual map level, but I cant find the setting for it.

Please advise.

Right click a non icon area of map, select Scale and increase the "Details At Scale" slider. Default was 4 and now is 2.
