DR/CC timer?

Hey there,
after playing a lot of arena, I discovered proximoDIM, one addon that showed dimishing returns and CC timers on proximo.

After 2.4, this proximodim broke, and I was hoping I could get something similar not necessairly for arenas

I know about natur enemy cast, but it does have much more options other than the ones I want, and I tried already filtering out most of it unsuccessfully.

Basically, all I want is the CC timer with DR feature w/o all the other bars, or at least a way to filter out everything else other than that.

Any ideas?
