Scroll message on screen [CrbZ4...

I am getting these scrolling messages across my screen and would like to know how to make them stop. They are driving me mad I tell you!!! Oo

Since those are not showing in your chat screen also, I would have to venture a guess that you have some addon that announces to the warning channel or an msbt type addon whenever certain keyqords are found. In this case, your toon's name.

Reason I say this, is that the information being sent via the Crb channels is 99 out of 100 times, hidden.

I do have one thing that makes any text with my screen name in it come up so it will alert me someone is talking to me. I think it is built into chatter. Anyone running that with suggestions on ignoring that channel?

I have same problem, and also use Chatter.

I have tried disabling the odd looking channels from chat window, but as the other guy noted the text is not in the chat window.

I'll play around with the Chatter settings and see what I can find, if you'll do the same...!

I have found a way to get rid of that message.

Chatter ----- Highlights ------ uncheck the box SHOW SCT MESSAGES.

That will get rid of that Carbonite Channel, the only thing is I don't know yet what else that will get rid of.

Any other help maybe.
