I would like to see an auction house addon be added to carbonite.
A way to scan each day to keep on top of current prices.
Also if it could show up on the screen if a drop is an upgrade for your toon that too would be awsome!

Auctioneer, Auctionmaster, Auctionlite, Auctionator, and so many others are specifically designed to do that function and even more.

Also if it could show up on the screen if a drop is an upgrade for your toon that too would be awsome!

It may not be a popup notifying you that an item is an upgrade but.... RatingBuster, Tekkompare, Athene's Upgrade Estimator, TankPoints, Gearscore, and many others will help guide you to know whether an item you mouseover, click on, or get a tooltip for is better than whatever you have in that slot.

It may be better to use a specialized addon for those functions

I have Auctioneer the whole suite of addons (including rating buster for this persons second part)... I love them and what they do...

However, I do not want to see Auctioneer ability added to Carbonite. The reason, you can't really turn off many features in Carbonite and having these addons can certainly take a big amount of resources. I currently only have the suite loaded on for my "Auctioneer" and no one else, that way it only affects one toon instead of the 6 I regularly play.

Now, if they allowed it to be disabled per character and it wasn't going to affect every other characters resources, I wouldn't mind auctioneer additions to Carbonite.

I use Auctioneer and it works mostly how I would like, so it is not something we want to duplicate.

An item rating is a possibility. Depends on how much work it would be. Have to research it.
