Kill 'Em With Sleep Deprivation

This is a quest in Searing Gorge that isn't marked or plotted. I'm not sure how the quest log works, but its possible this quest isn't in the database at all, though it does display in the quest listing UI outside of the quest log. My assumption is that this just reads the data from the original quest log and fishes for info in the database. I believe this quest was added in 3.3, but I'm not positive about that.
