How long does it take to approve an upload?

Hey

Read the Title. I wait since 5 days .. got no message. May i do something wrong or is this lenght normal?

Usually a matter of minutes, no more than a few hours. If it hasn't been approved by now, it's likely been denied for some reason. Check this thread to see if any of the things listed in here apply to you.
