What Controls the 2 smaller boxes to the right?

I can I delete the 2 combat boxes int he lower right? I would like to put a second chat window there

If you want to delete those chat windows on the bottom right you'll have to go into your Prat settings and enable the tabs for them. I know one of them is chat window 7, can't remember the other one. Just dig through the Prat settings for things regarding the channel window appearance and you'll come across it.
