BG list is half off the screen

My bg window is half off the screen. I tried /mf reset to no avail. I disabled moveframes hoping the regular wow placing would fix it but that didn't help either. Anyone have any ideas?

This has been asked many times and I personally have pointed the way to the thread at least twice

I searched and made all the changes to no avail. I did find another move mod that when enabled for a window highlights the whole window. Enabling me to move even though i couldn't see the top tab. Was the only way I found to fix it. Its on curse gaming though
