GUI: HP & MANA bar in combat: What mod?

I'm having a little problem.

When I attack a mob, a circular HP and MANA bar shows up in the middle of the screen around my character.

What mod controls this?
I've looked everywhere.
No menu or sub-menu in the MazzleUI tells me what this is.
None of the descriptions tell me what this is.

I'd like to make it less transparent and maybe also scale it a bit, but pt. I have no idea of what to do.

The FAQ discusses this as well as there are options for it in the mazzle Options. This is the Mazzle HUD. It is not a separate MOD, it is a hard coded part of mazzle. Re examine the Mazzle Options and you'll find it in there.

Not to be mean, but you making this post was completely pointless. By looking at your chat log, it appears that someone was already helping you, and told you exactly what the above poster told you, which once again, makes this thread pointless.

lol, yeah, that's a new one. I've never seen someone post a screenshot that contains someone msg'ing them with the answer to the question posed in the thread.
