Panel Question

Anyone know how to make a panel for kgpanels that is the total width of the UI?
I tried making two seperate panels but then the two do not connect correctly.

The part I'm wanting are the top and bottom panels

Also, how do you make pixel borders perfectly? Mine are usually fuzzy and it really is bothering.

you may want to check this post to make sure that your UI scale works with your monitor's aspect ratio, this can help with the fuzzy borders:
