where'd my targets go ?

I'm hoping someone can help me. I updated carbonite recently and when I logged in, the variously colored targets (dots/bullets, et al?) throughout the zone had disappeared. checked for a new option or something to disable them and couldnt find any, so I went to my most recent Interface folder backup and c/p it back, and major bummer, the targets are still missing. the only time I see ONE is for the currently tracked quest.

Take a look at the Quest Watch header and see if the green radio button is "bright" green. If it isn't, just click it, and it will change. This is the "Show quests on map" button.
