movable sonic and corruption frames

i dont know if this is on anyone elses wishlist, but it really eff's me over on Atramedies and Cho'gall because i cant use the action bars through nui, the blizzard sonic and corruption frames dont move or i cant find a keyboard /command to move them, ive tried with various addons like moveanything and i dont find anything capable of moving it.
so i have to turn it off on chogall and atra and if im playing my hunter it screws me even more cause i cant see my focus or map without looking around alot.
